To Clarify in the event of a tie... the tribe who got their last flag first wins immunity.
Example: If Athena got their third flag at 2:20 pm and Kainai did at 5:15 pm, Athena would win.
If its a 0-0 tie (i doubt it) there will be a live tie breaker.

if it was a live tiebreaker... it would be something involving one member on each tribe.
I doubt its going to be needed though
