No, narwhals are whales with horns. And either way, dolphins>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>horses, so I don't see where the addition of a horn really matters.
And narwhals are better than unicorns because unicorns are fictional and narwhals are bamfs.

I admit to liking unicorns more than horses but in this case its entirely about the horn. It makes a big improvement.
