I'm going to concentrate on taking locks off of the other tribe. Since it goes in chronological order of when the posts were made to take the locks off, if we get our posts in taking the other tribe's locks off first and we take off all 100 immediately before worrying about adding locks to our box, then we heighten our chances of winning.
And I checked with the host. No matter what times the posts are made, all of the locks are added to the boxes before any locks are removed. So if I post at 11:30pm saying that I'm removing locks 01,02,03,04,05 from the other tribes and then the other tribe posts at 11:55pm that they're adding lock 04 to their crate, then lock 04 will come off cause when the challenge is over, that lock will be added to the crate before any of my removals happen.
For this strategy of removing all of the other tribes locks first to work, we definitely need to be active in posting this challenge. Taking the locks off takes a total of 8 hours if all five participating members post every two hours to take 5 locks off of the other tribe. That leaves 16 hours left to add locks, but we still have to sleep and I'm sure quite a few of us have jobs or basically just lives outside of this game.
